Kathy Frank Training has a variety of online training options to choose from. Whether you are training through pregnancy, postpartum or beyond - we have an option for you!

BASIC Virtual Training 

  • 30 minute Virtual 1:1 Session 2-3x/week

  • You will have access to these training sessions inside the KFT app as well

  • Choose from 6, 8, 10 or 12 session packages

  • Monthly Progress Tracking

  • Personalized assessments can be purchased separately before the start of your program

  • *spots are limited

PREMIUM Virtual Training 

  • Includes 30 minute Virtual 1:1 Session 2x/week

  • Access to all of your training sessions PLUS additional workouts to perform on your own as part of your customized program inside the KFT app

  • Monthly Progress Tracking

  • Packages run on a subscription basis - choose bi-weekly or monthly payment schedule

  • Personalized assessment can be purchased separately before the start of your program

  • *spots are limited

STANDARD Online Personal Training

  • Includes customized programming, updated monthly

  • 1:1 Coaching with weekly & monthly Check-ins

  • Personalized Assessments to address any areas of weakness and/or strength to further customize your program

  • Progress Tracking

  • Access your program inside the KFT app

  • Educational content, as needed, to set you up for success

  • Nutritional Guidance

  • Access to all mini corrective programs such as Rib Flare, Return to Running, Movement for Pain Relief and Guided Mobility Flows

  • Option to schedule a weekly coaching call

  • Great choice for the self-motivated client ready to workout on their own with a game plan every step of the way!

  • Packages run on a subscription basis - choose to pay monthly, every 3 months or every 6 months
