Options for Every Body.

Kathy Frank Training has a variety of online training options to choose from. Whether you are training through pregnancy, postpartum or simply wanting to be strong for life - there's an option for you! 

Step 1: complete this application and let Kathy know a bit more about your goals

Step 2: Kathy will be in touch within 24 hours 

Step 3: You will receive any email with more information on the various remote training packages Kathy has to offer. (monthly, 12 week + 24 week training plans)

Step 4: Select your training package

Step 5: Complete online training agreement (requires review + signature before designing your program)

Step 6: Submit payment via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle

Step 7: Complete in-depth training questionnaire (discusses specific goals, equipment availability, preferred training frequency, nutrition and much more!)

Step 8: You will receive an invitation to become one of Kathy's 1:1 training clients in the Train Heroic App

Step 9: Your program will be uploaded to your training calendar within 1 week of payment.
