Mama, I've been there...

Hi, I'm Kathy and I am a very grateful Mama of 2. I am a Certified Pre and Postnatal Trainer and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. With over a decade of training experience and over half this time training Mamas just like you, I know exactly what women need to gain the biggest transformation, both mind and body, after having their babies.

Here’s what I’ve learned to be true from being a long time gym rat able spend hours in the gym to having 2 babies in 2 YEARS!

 

Priorities change 🤷🏻‍♀️

 

But this doesn’t mean we have to neglect our own self care.

 

Honestly, that part of me that enjoyed spending hours in the gym just for fun doesn’t even exist anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️

 

BUT that part of me that felt STRONG & CONFIDENT and had me hitting new PRs in the gym has never left me.

That part of me that worked hard to gain lean muscle, rep out pull ups and move my body with ease-

 

Oh man. She is still there and never left either.

 

But then I became a Mom.

 

And it all changed for me.

I still wanted these things- but I didn’t want to spend all of my time in the gym. And I KNEW just how important it was to SLOW DOWN and take the time to rehab my body first.

My daughter became my top priority. And we all know that “Mom guilt” is real. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So spending an hour to train just wasn’t cutting it for me.

 

And then…. 

 

I became a mom of 2. 

 

just a year a later.

My heart became the fullest it has ever been!

 

Yet my body was still craving the movement that made me feel more like myself.

 

I’ve learned that you CAN still get STRONG & CONFIDENT and do ALLLL of the things.

 

I stuck with what I knew to be true and what has worked for countless Mamas I have trained:

✅ Forming strong habits is essential to change

✅ Having a plan is crucial. I needed the guess work taken out of everything- from start to finish!

✅ Movement is medicine. I always feel better after moving, whether just 5 minutes or more.

✅ Accountability system- who was going to keep me accountable?!

✅ Effective exercise selection wins every time- this means no nonsense stringing multiple exercises together and calling it “one exercise.” 🙄 This means mastering the basics- moving with intention- getting stronger over time.

 

The best part? It’s all possible in 30 minutes or less per day!
