Reconnect & Rebuild is the ultimate transformation program every Mama is craving -backed by science and created by a Pregnancy and Postpartum specialist. Kathy knows firsthand how tough it can be navigating fitness goals as a Mom. After experiencing her back to back pregnancies and helping Mamas just like you for years now - she wanted to create a program that stresses the importance of slowing down and rebuilding first versus falling into the "bounce back" trap after baby. She knew these women needed a program that was doable and sustainable as they would be navigating Motherhood along the way.
That's why she designed each workout to be 20-30 minutes in length - having you well on your way to finding the strongest and most confident version of yourself. With Reconnect & Rebuild, you will restore your core & pelvic floor, feel lighter, unlock your strong foundation and tackle the demands of Motherhood with ease.
Okay, okay. But what's really different about this program?.....
You'll find lots of programs out there promising to "heal your core & pelvic floor..." But most of these programs lack the most important piece to finding success - support. That's where Reconnect & Rebuild comes in. This program was designed specifically for Mamas wanting to take their rehab to the next level with a whole body approach and unique support systems put in place. With personalized assessments, live Q & A's plus weekly + monthly check ins - you'll be sure to find accountability along the way. Each workout uses effective exercise selection to get you results and is time-friendly... because let's be serious - Mamas don't have all of the time in the world to dedicate to exercise. Reconnect & Rebuild was designed to be completed over 12 weeks with one additional week for orientation. There is a unique, 3 phase design of the program.
Rebuilding Phase 1: 5 Weeks
Here is where you begin your diligent rehab. You will begin re-connecting to your core & pelvic floor through breath work, mobility and strengthening exercises. The magic happens with repetition as you continue to progress your exercises each week to fully re-establish that connection again and rebuilding from the inside out.
Rebuilding Phase 2: 7 Weeks
This next phase will continue to build off of phase one. Here is where you will be introduced to more full body strength workouts as part of your return to exercise protocol. You will begin mastering your basic movement patterns and functional lifts each week while still continuing with the rehab phase. You will now become proficient in learning how to apply your deep core connection with more advanced exercises - further strengthening your foundation and healing your core. You will also be introduced to light bounding movements as we continue to overload your core & pelvic floor. By the end of this phase, you will feel confident and ready to hit those postpartum strength gains again!
Client Orientation 1 Week
Here is where you will be taken through personalized assessments and get started on your educational content. Kathy will send along your very own assessment findings page where you will learn more about your areas of strength, areas for improvement and get additional exercises that will benefit you specifically. At the end of the week - we will go LIVE with a Welcome, Q&A & Recap of everything you learned before getting started on your program.

Hi, I'm Kathy and I am a very grateful Mama of 2. I am a Certified Pre and Postnatal Trainer and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. With over a decade of training experience and over half this time training Mamas just like you, I know exactly what women need to gain the biggest transformation, both mind and body, after having their babies.
Here’s what I’ve learned to be true from being a long time gym rat able spend hours in the gym to having 2 babies in 2 YEARS!
Priorities change 🤷🏻♀️
But this doesn’t mean we have to neglect our own self care.
Honestly, that part of me that enjoyed spending hours in the gym just for fun doesn’t even exist anymore. 🤷🏻♀️
BUT that part of me that felt STRONG & CONFIDENT and had me hitting new PRs in the gym has never left me.
That part of me that worked hard to gain lean muscle, rep out pull ups and move my body with ease-
She's still there.
But when I became a Mom...
It all changed for me.
I still wanted these things- but I didn’t want to spend all of my time in the gym. And I KNEW just how important it was to SLOW DOWN and take the time to rehab my body first.
And as a Pre and Postnatal trainer - I was desperate to help Mamas everywhere not believe the 🚫"bounce back" hype.
My daughter became my top priority. And we all know that “Mom guilt” is real. 🤦🏻♀️ So spending an hour to train just wasn’t cutting it for me.
And then….
I became a mom of 2.
… just a year a later.
My heart became the fullest it has ever been!
Yet my body was still craving the movement that made me feel more like myself.
I needed a plan that allowed me to REBUILD MY BODY - efficiently and safely - so that I can get back to training the way I love and tackle the demands of Motherhood with ease. AKA - I needed a core & pelvic floor that was STRONG and SUPPORTIVE every step of the way.
