how it works
Step 1: Complete a new client intake form
Step 2: Schedule a complimentary 20 minute Zoom Video consultation where we meet face to face and chat more about your goals, how to navigate the app and see if we are a good fit for each other!
Step 3: Receive your invitation to become a 1:1 training client inside the KFT app. You will then be taken through your new client onboarding experience where you begin your personalized assessments.
Step 4: Get started on your program! I ask for about 3 days to design the first phase of your program.
I have worked with clients in person for over a decade now - allowing me to really streamline the online personal training experience.
I have also rehabbed and strengthened myself after back to back pregnancies as a Mama of 2. I know firsthand the challenges that come with Motherhood and the daily demands you need to keep up with. Choosing to train with me means knowing you will be in the hands of an expert who cares and uses programming backed by science to get you reaching your goals every step of the way.
Please know - you do not have to be in seasons of pregnancy or postpartum to train with me. I will customize a program to match your unique goals! So feel free to reach out and I would be happy to chat!

If something does not feel right or you are experiencing pain, pelvic floor symptoms, etc - I will make sure your program is adjusted for a smoother training experience.
