Educational resources

Gain a deeper understanding of your core system so that you can continue to train effectively and without pelvic floor symptoms. Learn about your deep core system with 16 digestible educational modules plus gauge your readiness to return to running and begin testing with a mini program.

Your own personal experience with unlimited support is always an option.

You have the option to add on personalized assessments and re-assessments if you are looking for a more individualized approach on your postpartum journey. Assessments are an opportunity to fine tune your training and receive additional corrective exercises to keep you on track.

5 workouts each week designed to effectively build muscle & strength.

Each week, you will safely progress through your exercises as you return to lifting. There are both GYM and HOME options available - so whether you are training with barbells, squat rack etc or just dumbbells and bands, this program has you covered!
